It started on a trailer.
So Cheesy hit Dearborn in the summer of 2023 out of a black trailer with flames down the side and a menu that had no business being this good. Four months later the line got a roof: you'll find us inside The Canteen at Midtown now, same scratch kitchen, same cheese pulls.
The truck still rolls for events, festivals and private bookings.
